People who inspire you and why?

There are a few individuals who have truly shifted the way I think and approach life, and

Mel Robbins and Marisa Peers are at the top of that list.

Mel Robbins’ no-nonsense approach to personal growth is nothing short of transformational. Her “5-second rule” has been a game-changer for me reminding me that taking action, even in the smallest moments of hesitation, can be the key to making big strides in life. Mel teaches us that confidence is not something we’re born with, but rather a muscle we can train by taking immediate action. Her work inspires me to push through fear and doubt, to seize moments before they slip away.

On the other hand, Marisa Peer’s approach to mindset is deeply rooted in self-love and the power of reprogramming our subconscious beliefs.

What’s fascinating about her is her ability to blend psychology with practical exercises that shift not just how we think, but how we feel about ourselves. Marisa’s work, particularly her teachings on self-esteem and how we can create the lives we desire by changing the stories we tell ourselves, has been a constant reminder to be kind to myself.

She makes you realise that true healing and success come from within, and that belief in your worth is the first step to unlocking your potential.

Together, Mel Robbins and Marisa Peer have shaped my approach to life in ways I never thought possible. Both embody the idea that our minds are powerful tools, and it’s up to us how we choose to use them. They’ve taught me that self-doubt is normal, but action and self-compassion can break through any barrier.
