  • Coach: Refers to the provider of RTC® services.
  • Client: Refers to the individual using the Coach’s services.
  • Confidential Information: Refers to any information disclosed during sessions, including but not limited to:
    • Business affairs or intellectual property of the Coach.
    • Personal circumstances or experiences of the Client.
    • Information relating to RTC®.
      This excludes information already in the public domain unless improperly disclosed by the Client.

Cancellation Policy

  1. To cancel your RTC® session:
    • Contact us directly with your request.
    • Refunds will be issued according to the terms specified at the time of booking.
  2. Refunds are only processed if
    • the cancellation request is made in accordance with our policy timelines.
    • there is no breach of confidentiality or other terms stated here.

Confidentiality

By using our services, you agree to

  • keep all information shared during sessions private and confidential.
  • not disclose or share any Confidential Information with third parties.
  • return or securely destroy any materials provided during sessions if requested.
  • avoid making negative or disparaging public statements about the Coach or RTC®.

Usage Restrictions

  • You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials, methods, or proprietary information from our services without prior written consent.
  • Our content and services are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • By participating in RTC® sessions, you acknowledge that results may vary and that you are responsible for implementing any agreed-upon actions.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
